6th Pan-Hellenic Conference & Workshops for conference and business tourism: Managing Changes in the Meetings Industry

The Hellenic Association of Professional Congress Organizers (HAPCO) organized on the 4th and 5th of March 2010 the 6th Pan-Hellenic Conference entitled "Management of changes in the congress market" at "THEATRON" of Hellenic Cosmos.

The conference's programme included interesting thematic units, which covered the tendencies and concerns of the Greek and international congress market, and the already established workshops, which constitute an effective "forum for dialogue" between speakers and conventioneers.

Prominent people of the field of professional and congress tourism, both from Greece and abroad, were invited to participate in the 6th Pan-Hellenic Conference of HAPCO, in order to testify their views and to convey to the conventioneers their experiences and practices. The ulterior aim was the management of changes in the Greek congress market, following the international practices.

The Conference also included, once again, an official dinner, which was attended by representatives of the state, tourist and culture organizations, distinguished professors and scientists, Press representatives, as well as conventioneers and speakers of the Conference.
